COVID-19 Policy Statement


  • Following Government advice, we have closed our showroom to visitors until further notice. 
  • Our telephones will be open during regular business hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. 

Home visits 

  • Following Government advice, we will not conduct any home visits, except in the case of an emergency. For example, your home is insecure. 
  • We will take all reasonable steps to resolve the problem in line with government guidance and subject to availability of parts. 

Design your own 

  • Visit our website and take advantage of our built-in designer. You can navigate almost all of our systems and build your windows and doors. 
  • We send your design to our consultants for assessment, and one of our skilled team will contact you to discuss the options. 
  • We can help you with the design process by telephone, chat and video call. 
  • Our Composite Door Designer is a “full-system” designer; you can build an exact copy of your desired door and superimpose it onto your house. If you are not sure how to use it, contact our dedicated team for guidance. 

Book a virtual consultation 

  • You can chat with our online automated assistant, Jade. Jade is a bot, a clever programme designed to answer most of the more common questions. 
  • If Jade cannot answer your question, you can book a virtual consultation at a time to suit you from our Virtual Consultation booking console. 
  • You can supply photographs of your home directly from your phone, and we will prepare visualisations of each elevation with your new windows superimposed. You will be able to discuss the design with our consultants and see you home change before your eyes from the comfort of your own home.

  • 30 days to cancel – see conditions below. 
  • All our documentation can be transmitted digitally, including all brochures, technical information and quotations. We also have a fully digital e-signature platform available for completing Contracts, Specification Forms and Variation on Order Forms. 
  • At Panoramic, we recognise the way we do business will have to change for the foreseeable future. Normal procedures and terms need to change to reflect these new conditions. Therefore, we have reduced our deposit from 25% down to 10% and extended the cancellation period to 30 days to allow more time to schedule a survey. Should your circumstances change, you can cancel without penalty at any time during that 30 day period. However, once we have agreed on a survey date, you must settle the balance of the deposit, and we will reinstate our original terms and conditions (supplied in writing at the time of order) from the original order date. This step is necessary for our business to process orders with our manufacturers. 

Survey and Fitting 

  • The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our priority. That is why we will only visit your property when you and our team are comfortable with the conditions and process involved.
    • We will always follow Government guidelines regarding social distancing and any other measures to keep you and our team safe.
    • We will wear PPE equipment while visiting your home.
    • We will wipe contact surfaces with disinfecting wipes.
  • We will NOT carry out a survey or fit any systems in a property where the residents are isolating. 
  • All of the Panoramic team are vetted for COVID-19 symptoms every day before they commence work. 
  • We schedule our fitting teams to collect the product from our stores at different times to avoid potential cross-infection. 
  • No team will visit a customers property if they have displayed any symptoms at any time during the previous seven days.
