Panoramic Ltd is Bristol's leading premium window and door installation company. We have recently extended our product range and have experienced significant growth in enquiries. We, therefore, require a new fitter/fitting team to join our friendly, hard-working team in Bristol.
We have an extensive product range with mid-market to high-end systems, including Crittall steel windows, Origin, Rationel, Sunflex, Roseview sliding sash windows, 'Reynaers at home' and more.
We are a BSI Kitemark installer with over 42 years of continuous trading. We specialise in bespoke window, door and glazed room solutions.
We believe that the customer experience should be perfect every time. We achieve this by choosing some of the best glazing solutions on the market and providing ongoing training to our teams.
We conform to the standards set out by BSI, and an external auditor regularly assesses our installation teams.
The Role: Experienced full-time fitter/fitting team for our Bristol based business.
Must have proven experience in the installation of aluminium and timber windows; Be competent in sash-box replacement, conservatory installation and have excellent finishing skills.
The successful candidate/team will be able to demonstrate reliability, motivation to get the job done correctly and have an exceptional eye for detail.
They must be able and willing to work alone or as part of a team as the installation project requires. They must install our product as specified by our surveyor's instructions. They must, at all times, represent the company in the best possible light, producing a high standard of workmanship, professionalism and demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
They must be able to work in the customer's home unsupervised (references will be required).
Must possess a clean driving licence.
An MTC card is desirable but not essential
The package:
Excellent rates of pay (to be discussed during interview)
5 Day Week (Monday - Friday), weekend work available if required.
A company vehicle will be provided.
Training provided for new products as necessary.

The Role:
Service Engineer
This role may be full time, part-time or part of a job share.

We have an extensive product range with mid-market to high-end systems including Origin, Rationel, Sunflex, Roseview sliding sash windows, 'Reynaers at home' and more.
We are a BSI Kitemark installer with over 42 years of continuous trading. We specialise in bespoke window, door and glazed room solutions.
What we are looking for:
You must have a proven track record in installing and maintaining aluminium, PVCu, timber and composite products; Be competent in all aspects of servicing existing installations, and be willing to learn any relevant BSI and manufacturer's procedures for new products.
You must be able to identify faults, attribute causation where possible, and prepare accurate material requirements as necessary in readiness for service. You must maintain the highest professional standards, including a courteous manner when dealing with customers, excellent communication skills with customers and fellow team members, and have an exceptional eye for detail.
You must maintain a clean and tidy working environment, including your vehicle, the customer's premises, and within Panoramic's office and store. In addition, you will be expected to have a professional appearance at all times.
You will ensure you have all the necessary equipment and materials to complete the service call in one visit.
You will also be responsible for the maintenance and fitting of all showroom products.
You must be able and willing to work alone or as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to business needs. You will be expected to assist the fitting teams, senior surveyor, and installation manager from time to time.
You must, at all times, represent the company in the best possible light, producing a high standard of workmanship, professionalism and demonstrating excellent customer care.

The package will include:
Up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience and hours. Part-time and job share will be on a pro-rata basis.
